1. Please make reservations via telephone, or book online, to ensure room availability. An advance payment (deposit) is mandatory to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please read the cancellation policy before reserving.
2. Refunds are issued in the currency of payment: Cash payments are refunded in cash, payment by card is refunded to the card.
3. The deposit to be paid in advance is equivalent to the total room nights booked for the entire stay. For your reservation, a confirmation number and a voucher will be generated, for you to print or carry on a device. It is necessary to present the confirmation voucher to the Resort on arrival. Should you fail to do so, the Resort may not honor your reservation. Once a voucher is issued, the reservation is confirmed.
4. In case of non-availability of a specific type of pre-booked room at the time of arrival, the Resort will offer an alternate similar room type, at its discretion and without any further liability.
5. Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until a confirmation voucher is generated. The rates are generally dynamic in nature. Once a rate is selected and the transaction is executed by you, no other rate is applicable either higher or lower.
6. Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservations secured with a deposit. The estimated cost for a stay includes the confirmed room rate, estimated taxes, and estimated fees applicable on the date of arrival. These may vary from the estimates, and you are liable to pay any extra cost.
7. The bill on check-out shall be charged in the Resort’s local currency.
8. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion of the Resort, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with malafide intention, mistake, or error.
9. The Resort may limit occupancy. Normal occupancy permits a maximum of two people per room. An additional person if room size permits is charged extra per night as per the advertised rate. Children under five years of age may stay in the parents' room free.
10. The Resort neither guarantees nor is liable to admit any request for amendment in your plan. A request for airport, bus stop, or railway station pick-up or drop-off requires intimation to the Reservation Desk at the time of the room(s) booking.
