Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation may be made without penalty for a limited period of time, up to three days before commencement of the reservation. If cancellation occurs in a shorter period of time prior to arrival, no refund is due.

2. If you cancel a refundable booking, processing may take between two to four weeks before the refund amount will appear on your credit card statement. This is due to the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank and is beyond the control of EHR.

3. If you cancel an unconfirmed reservation, we do not charge your credit card, and if any amount was held on it to secure your reservation, we release the whole amount immediately. It will still take two to four weeks for the bank to process the refund.

4. If an online booking is modified or cancelled with the Reservations Desk, it cannot be further modified or cancelled online.

5. Refund of a reservation done by a Travel Agent will be processed by the issuing agent only.

6. No refunds are applied to non-cancellable bookings.

7. Any modification in a reservation is subject to availability at the time of making such a request. In case of non-availability of a specific type of pre-booked room at the time of arrival, the Resort will offer an alternate similar room type, at its discretion and without any further liability.

8. If you fail to arrive at the Resort on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the Resort and you will be charged for the entire stay as booked. If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the Resort, please, urgently, contact the Resort to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights.

9. Normal check-in time is 2 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 PM. Early check-in and/or check-out is available by prior arrangement only, subject to availability and written confirmation. A shortened stay is subject to entire period charge regardless of the actual length of your stay. When you know the change in your plan, please contact us at once to minimize the charge by the Resort.
